Ingredient and Steps:
  1. Batang Fish Steak / Fishead 500gm +/-
  2. 7 - 8 tbs fish curry powder ( mix with half cup water)
  3. 1 bowl of tamarind juice +/-
  4. 5-8 pcs gloves (herb)
  5. 1 medium red onion (slice)
  6. 5-7 pcs shallot (chop)
  7. 5-7 pcs garlic (slice)
  8. 10 x curry leaf
  9. 1-2 tbsp salt & sugar for taste
  10. 4 x Round brinjal ( slide to 4 - 6 pcs)
  11. 5-7 lady finger
  12. 4 x tomato (slide to 4 pcs each)
  13. Cooking oil
  14. 2 tbsp chilli powder
  15. 4 × red or green chillies
Cooking Method:

  1. Heat up half small bowl oil into pan
  2. Put the gloves once oil is hot till fragrance smell up
  3. Put in items no.5 to 7, follow by items no.8 and stir evenly for 4-5 min
  4. Add in items no. 2 stir it evenly then add in items no, 8 to 10 & 13. Stir all together.
  5. Put in items no.3 and items no. 9, stir till it start boiling
  6. Lastly, put in batang fish steak / fished and cover deep pan / work till it boil.
  7. Ready to be serve.
